Most love a sound bath at night to help produce a deeper sleep but here's why a morning sound bath is such a nourishing way to start your day — 🌞 Resets your nervous system before the day begins 🧘 Clears mental clutter & boosts focus ✨ Lifts energy & mood naturally 🌿 Deepens intention setting for the day ahead This would be a beautiful way to float into your day feeling grounded, centered, and aligned. This is a SOUND BATH & MEDITATION only class, no movement. Class will be done on mats, no hammocks. This class runs every OTHER Tuesday. If there is enough interest, I will add a later morning time as well. ABOUT THIS LOCATION: This location is on serene private property, nestled away from the hustle and bustle. Creations Wellness is located on a long country road & can be hard to miss. Slow down to be sure not to miss the long dirt road leading to the parking spaces. This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated and insulated pole barn. We have high powered fans for warmer days and space heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather. More information will be sent to the email you register with regarding directions after you book your class. This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. They do have two kind Shiba Inu dogs & a kitten.
