A low hammock restorative aerial yoga w/ energy cleanse movement, sound healing & essential oils
Service Description
This will be an IMMERSIVE experience where we blend restorative aerial yoga, somatic movement, and sound healing into a slow and deeply releasing 90-minute class. WHAT IS RESTORATIVE AERIAL YOGA? Hammocks are placed 6-12 inches off the ground as we hold and flow through traditional aerial yoga poses. You do not need experience with the hammock or yoga to take this class. The goal of restorative aerial yoga is to passively release fascia and tension in the body, mind, and spirit. WHAT IS "ENERGY CLEANSE MOVEMENT?" Energy cleanse movements focus on the breath, meridian lines, and chakra points. They are typically simple, repetitive movements inspired by well-known practices such as Qi Gong and tapping relief. This journey will end with a sound bath either taken in the hammock or on the ground. Essential oils will be offered. LIMITED SPACES! DATES: Friday, August 14th 4:00-5:30PM Friday, August 21st 4:00-5:30PM ABOUT THIS LOCATION: This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated and insulated pole barn. We have high powered fans for warmer days and propane heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather. More information will be sent to the email you register with regarding directions after you book your class. This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. They do have a dog and cats.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24hrs before your series/class/workshop begins so we can fill your spot. NO refunds are issued. SERIES ONLY: classes are held as credits to be used within 3 months from your original scheduled series. Additionally, you are allowed to miss one class in a series and use that class as a credit for another available class. This must be rescheduled with your teacher. If your teacher has to cancel class they will reschedule or provide otherwise solution such as refunding or crediting (this will be determined by your teacher). PACKAGES: Some packages say NO refunds and NO credits, please read each package policy carefully.
