Service Description

DISCLAIMER: The Adult Aerial Glow & Flow Party is NOT an instructional class—it's a free-flow, open studio experience designed for creativity, connection, and play. This is your space to explore and practice aerial hammock/aerial yoga poses you already know at your own pace, without guided teaching. Some aerial experience is helpful. You can honestly just swing around in the hammock if you'd like! Come move freely in a glowing, high-vibe atmosphere, connect and network with fellow aerialists, capture photos, and simply enjoy the energy of the space. Whether you're flowing solo or sharing inspiration with others, this experience is all about expression, community, and fun. ✨GLOW STATIONS! The first hour of the evening is dedicated to our Glow Stations experience. These stations may be set up outdoors, inside the barn, or in our new yurt (fingers crossed!), creating a playful, immersive environment to ease into the night. Glow Stations are all about exploration and reconnecting with your childlike sense of wonder. You’ll be able to move freely between different activities—like our glow beauty station, glow necklaces, and other creative, light-filled experiences. There’s no structure here, just space to play, express yourself, and enjoy the magic of being fully present in a vibrant, glowing atmosphere. GLOW & FLOW: When the sun finally sets, the blacklights will light up the neon hammocks, and you will get a chance to create in an unstructured setting! GLOW MEDITATION: We will end our party with a floating meditation to ease the night away.
