I call these earrings, "The Stragglers" because when I was creating one of the pairs, I initially wanted 6 strands of beads so that I could braid them like the braided pair for sale...well, I wasn't paying attention and I cut the thread before the 6th strand! This guy became a straggler for a while until I decided to unite it with another.  So, the moral of this story is, it's okay to stand out from the rest. It's okay to see yourself as unique. You're not slowly behind anyone, you're just demanding that you be who you are when you are. Being a straggler is a fashion statement in and of itself!
