These earrings represent the Phoenix rising from the ashes.  Five carnelian beads represent change but not first without inner conflict. The turquoise-colored stones represent hills one has to overcome at times. Though, with Phoenix's strength, it isn't about climbing over the hill but rather going straight through the center. In the center is where the Phoenix rises.
