These necklaces were created as a part of a collection highlighting mental health awareness. In a world where "doingness" is often put above simply being, what helps me is realizing that I am enough even when I am not performing, I am enough even when I need help & I am enough in my highs & lows. 
These were laser cut then stained & handpainted. They are on a 16 inch silver nickel free chain.
