This dress is an original design but it was made with Petite Stitchery sizing chart (swipe in photos to see the sizing chart). The bust is approx. 34 which is between a S/M but because this is BANDEAU TYE back, you can easily size inward by adjusting the tye length (tightening or loosening it). It is definitely shorter at the front so I would suggest wearing with black spandex shorts underneath or on less windy day! :) Great for heights under 5'3".
