Mini-workshops are designed to focus on one pose or a series of poses that are similar in nature. This workshop is suitable for students who want to practice these skills:
BELAYS!
*An advanced skill that requires immense spotting and safety protocols. MUST have Manta Ray & Crane pose under their belt before registering. Check with Mrs. Laura before for clarity.
