Basic Pilates W/Kathleen
Join Kathleen in the yoga barn for a basic mat Pilates class focused on stabilizing the core and pelvic floor. This series, ran every Thursday from September 14th through October 5th, will be geared towards beginners or those who would like to re-educate themselves on the basics of Pilates.

About the event
The core is more than just the abs. It's a set of muscles from our neck to our hips. In this series, Kathleen will educate us on how to strengthen, relax and use the core muscles with safety and wisdom.
There will be two options to join this class: DROP-IN for a single class or purchase the ENTIRE series.
Series runs EVERY Thursday from 6:00-7:00PM starting September 14th and ending October 5th.
We HIGHLY suggest taking the entire series as each class will build off of each other.
No experience is necessary and modifications will be made throughout the class per individual.
Please note that this class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated pole barn studio. There is access to one bathroom, a short distance from the outdoor studio inside Laura's home.
