About the event
This workshop is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of aerial yoga. In this class, you will learn how to use the aerial hammock to support your body in different postures to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. You will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help you move through the postures safely and with ease.
This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated pole barn. This pole barn currently does not have a heating or cooling system. We have high powered fans for warmer days and space heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather.
This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and her fiance, Sean's, home.Â
