These cutting boards are easy to clean.  Here are some details you may want to know: 
1. All cutting boards come with handmade wood butter. You will want to put the wood butter on at least once a month. Just let it soak on the cutting board and then wipe with a paper towel.
2. Do NOT put these cutting boards in your dishwasher! Instead, just use a damp paper towel or rag to wash clean. Try to use as little water as possible.
3. If your cutting board dries out or needs a good sanding, Sean is willing to give it a nice resanding for you if you are in the area!
