Yoga Class Descriptions
These classes are located at the Pleasant Prairie location ONLY! Please note that these classes are held outside or semi-outside in our pole barn. Our pole barn is currently a "work in progress" so please understand that your experience will be more "rustic" at this location!
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
*There is NO air conditioning in the pole barn --we will have fans and cooling towels but be prepared to sweat!
*There is currently NO BARN BATHROOM but there is a bathroom inside our home for use. Please note that we have two very kind Shiba Inu dogs though! You may also feel free to pop a squat outside somewhere on our land that is hidden LOL.

Infrared Phymat Yin Yoga
(Pole Barn)
As part of this Yin Yoga class, which takes place on a Phymat, you will experience infrared heat therapy, red light therapy, negative ions therapy, hot stone massage, and PEMF therapy. All of these therapies are designed to reduce tension in the body, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Together, they create an environment that is perfect for releasing stress and tension and connecting to your inner self.

It is recommended to hold Yin Yoga poses for up to three minutes, as it is intended to be gently challenging for the mind, body, and soul. In these poses, energy is released along the meridian lines, allowing the body to be cleansed and promoting energy flow. Students leave this class feeling balanced and relaxed, as they have experienced the benefits of connecting to their inner self and slowing down their pace of life.
This class is intimate and can only host 4 students at a time!
You must pre-reserve/pay for an entire series at a time. However, you are allowed to miss one class in the series and make it up within any other class at the same location.

Infrared Restorative Yoga
(Pole Barn)
A phymat is used during the Infrared Restorative Yoga classes to provide additional healing benefits. The phymat uses infrared heat therapy, red light therapy, negative ion therapy, hot stone therapy, and PEMF therapy. The combination of all of these therapies helps to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and promote healing. It also helps to reduce stress and pain, and improve overall wellbeing.

Restorative yoga poses are gentle and held anywhere between 3-5 minutes. By practicing restorative yoga, the body is allowed to be deeply rested without sleeping.
This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated pole barn. This pole barn currently does not have a heating or cooling system. We have high powered fans for warmer days and space heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather.
This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and her fiance, Sean's, home.
