The RESET is a 90 minute sacred flow experience for women ready to reconnect, restore, and realign — body, mind, and soul. Through intentional movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and hands-off energy healing, we release stored stress, awaken vitality, and create deep inner balance. Each session is designed to support strength, longevity, emotional clarity, and spiritual connection — meeting you exactly where you are while guiding you into your highest state of wellbeing. This is not just a yoga class. It’s a weekly reset for your entire system. ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Tanya is a dedicated yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and movement alchemist, blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques to guide students on transformative journeys. Certified in yoga, barre, and Reiki, she specializes in Yoga Nidra, slow flow Vinyasa, Hatha, and Reiki-infused practices, offering deeply immersive sessions that awaken inner balance and purpose. With a deep love for animals and experience working with horses, Tanya integrates nature’s wisdom into her spiritual practice. She also weaves tarot into her teachings, offering intuitive guidance and insight. Through her brand, The Yoga Alchemist, she empowers others to explore the alchemy of movement, breath, and energy for healing and self-discovery. LOCATION: This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated and insulated pole barn. We have high powered fans for warmer days and heaters for the cooler days/evenings. Please dress according to the weather. More information will be sent to the email you register with regarding directions after you book your class. This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. They do have two kind Shiba Inu dogs & a kitten.
