HorMoon Haven: Embracing The Cycles

Service Description

Join Laura & Kathleen for our HorMoon Haven class, where we focus on embracing the cycles of women’s wellness. This class delves into the topic of women’s cycles, addressing chronic menstruation illnesses such as endometriosis and PCOS. This class will end with a 30 minute pilates class for hormonal support and a 30 minute restorative yoga class for menstruation. THE PLAN: First part of class will include discussion & intimate sharing on menstruation & hormonal wellness information including discussing conditions such as: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Endometriosis Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) Menstrual Migraines Amenorrhea Dysmenorrhea Fibroids Ovarian Cysts Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) Class will also include: Herbal remedies for some of the conditions above Information on the spiritual components of menstruation such as synching your cycle with the moon cycles Description of what is happening with our pelvic floor during these cycles Class will end with a pilates session led by Kathleen for hormonal control and a restorative yoga session led by Laura for menstruation pain. No experience is necessary. Kathleen & Laura are both experiencers of menstruation and hormonal chronic issues. This class is not a diagnosis or treatment and medical care should be sought out if necessary by a medical professional.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24hrs before your series/class/workshop begins so we can fill your spot. NO refunds are issued but classes are held as credits to be used within 3 months from your original scheduled series. Additionally, you are allowed to miss one class in a series and use that class as a credit for another available class. This must be rescheduled with your teacher. If your teacher has to cancel class they will reschedule or provide otherwise solution such as refunding or crediting (this will be determined by your teacher).
