Headspace Harmony: An Energy Workshop for Hair & Crown Chakra Health with Brooke Eaton & Laura Montgomery January 25th 3-5pm 10 spaces available $40 Located: The Complete Experience 3801 Blue River Avenue Racine, WI Headspace Harmony is an intimate, reflective workshop exploring the energetic, emotional, and spiritual connection between hair health and the crown chakra. This experience invites participants to slow down, release mental tension, and reconnect with the head as a center of clarity, intuition, and stored stress. The first portion of the workshop will be discussion-based, offering insight into how stress, nervous system regulation, and emotional experiences can influence hair health. We’ll explore the energetic memory held in hair, personal and cultural relationships with hair across traditions, and how to take care of the hair both physically and energetically. The experience will then transition into embodiment and restoration through calming breathwork for the head and scalp, gentle EFT tapping to release tension, and a deeply relaxing sound bath focused on crown chakra frequencies. Participants will also make an anointing oil for their crown chakra. Crystal singing bowls and high-frequency tones will support energetic flow, nervous system balance, and deep rest. About the Facilitators: Brooke Eaton is the owner of The Complete Experience and The Cutting Edge Salon and has been a professional hairstylist for many years. She brings a unique blend of hands-on hair expertise with meditation teaching and sound healing, bridging beauty, wellness, and energy work. Laura Montgomery is the owner of Creations Wellness, a certified vibrational therapy and yoga instructor, and has been hosting workshops and healing experiences for over eight years. Together, Brooke and Laura offer a grounded yet expansive space for learning, reflection, and deep restoration.
