🌿 *Gratitude + Letting Go: An Art & Sound Experience* As we come to the close of the year, take a mindful pause to reflect, release, and realign. In this creative and restorative workshop, you’ll be guided through a gratitude art practice — coloring and creating heartfelt pieces to honor what you’re thankful for. Then, through a hand-tracing exercise, we’ll explore what we’re ready to release and what we wish to carry forward. No examples of the art projects will be shared before the workshop as they are meant to be fresh, new and reflective for all participants. However, the art projects are very beginner based so no need to worry about your "art experience!" We’ll close with a soothing sound bath to integrate your reflections and reset your energy — leaving you grounded, open-hearted, and ready for the end of the year ahead. ✨ All materials provided. Otherwise, all purchases will be kept as a credit used towards another class or workshop. ABOUT THIS LOCATION This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated and insulated pole barn. We have high powered fans for warmer days and propane heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather. More information will be sent to the email you register with regarding directions after you book your class. This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. They do have a dog and cats.
