What’s awaits you: 🧘🏾♀️ Accessible, feel-good flow for all levels 🎶 Uplifting playlist ☕ Warm drinks & snacks after class 🤍 A moment to pause, reflect, and connect ABOUT THIS LOCATION: This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated and insulated pole barn. We have high powered fans for warmer days and propane heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather. More information will be sent to the email you register with regarding directions after you book your class. This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. They do have a dog and cats.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24hrs before your series/class/workshop begins so we can fill your spot. NO refunds are issued. SERIES ONLY: classes are held as credits to be used within 3 months from your original scheduled series. Additionally, you are allowed to miss one class in a series and use that class as a credit for another available class. This must be rescheduled with your teacher. If your teacher has to cancel class they will reschedule or provide otherwise solution such as refunding or crediting (this will be determined by your teacher). PACKAGES: Some packages say NO refunds and NO credits, please read each package policy carefully.
