Seeking to replenish your spirit and restore your energy? Discover your journey at Creation's Wellness with our transformative 4-week series, featuring 2 classes of Grounded Aerial Yoga and 2 classes of a Floating Sound Bath (also available on the ground). Grounded Aerial Yoga: WEEK 1 & WEEK 3 This class blends the gentle support of low-hanging aerial hammocks (just below hip height) with grounding, mindful movements to create a nurturing yoga experience. Perfect for all levels, this practice focuses on stability, strength, and relaxation without inversions, making it accessible to everyone. Through a series of stretches, gentle flows, and balance work, the hammock becomes an extension of your mat, offering support for deeper stretches and assisting with alignment. This class encourages you to connect with your breath, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm while feeling both grounded and light. Whether you're new to aerial yoga or looking for a soothing, low-impact practice, this class is designed to leave you feeling restored and centered. Floating Sound Bath Meditative Journey: WEEK 2 & WEEK 4 Experience a meditative journey paired with sound healing while floating in the low aerial hammocks (or on the ground). Laura received her Vibrational Therapy Certificate from Pure Nature Yoga in Thailand during an immersive training in 2018. This journey will take us through our inner realm to gain more clarity, find relief and discover our desires. SERIES POLICY: No refunds are issued but you can miss 1/4 classes and use as a credit towards any other class within 3 months. LOCATION: ABOUT THIS LOCATION: This location is on serene private property, nestled away from the hustle and bustle. We're happy to share our space with the community but we are only open for those who REGISTERED for classes and any other visitors are considered solicitors This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated and insulated pole barn. We have high powered fans for warmer days and heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather. More information will be sent to the email you register with regarding directions after you book your class. This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. They do have two kind Shiba Inu dogs & a kitten.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24hrs before your series/class/workshop begins so we can fill your spot. NO refunds are issued. SERIES ONLY: classes are held as credits to be used within 3 months from your original scheduled series. Additionally, you are allowed to miss one class in a series and use that class as a credit for another available class. This must be rescheduled with your teacher. If your teacher has to cancel class they will reschedule or provide otherwise solution such as refunding or crediting (this will be determined by your teacher). PACKAGES: Some packages say NO refunds and NO credits, please read each package policy carefully.
