(adults only) *Levels beyond beginner are invited to join as well! DISCOUNT RATES: 4 classes for $80. Text Laura at 815 830 8562 for a paylink and then she will manually enter you in for all four classes you would like (if available). You will not receive a credit if you no call/no show. Class Dates: Saturdays @10am Sept 21 Sept 28th October 19th October 26th November 9th November 23rd This class is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of aerial yoga. In this class, you will learn how to use the aerial hammock to support your body in different postures to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. You will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques to help you move through the postures safely and with ease. FOR BOOKING: Scroll through the dates till you see one available, click that date to add to cart. This class is located SEMI-OUTDOORS in a renovated pole barn. This pole barn currently does not have a heating or cooling system. We have high powered fans for warmer days and space heaters for the cooler evenings. Please dress according to the weather. This location has access to one bathroom a short distance away from the pole barn in Laura and Sean's home. Parking is on gravel or on the acres (land) FYI. More information will be sent regarding directions when you book your class.
